MOEDE, LLC ("Moede", "we") is a Florida limited liability company based in Tampa. We make Telehopper, BEAM and Fabula Studio and run the Moede Records label. This page is the company-level policy and the index to each product's own policy. Where a product policy says something more specific, the product policy controls.

Product policies

One principle

We design so that we cannot see what you make. Telehopper keeps everything on your phone. BEAM encrypts your content on your device before it syncs, so our servers hold only ciphertext. Where a product must send something off your device — your question to an AI model, a web page you asked it to fetch — the product policy names the recipient and the reason.

This website (moede.com)

This site is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace collects standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to operate the site, under Squarespace's privacy policy. We use Squarespace's built-in analytics, which are aggregated; we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

If you buy from the Moede Records shop, Squarespace Commerce and its payment processor (Stripe or PayPal, depending on what you choose) handle your payment. We receive your name, email, shipping address and order — what we need to fulfil and support the order — and keep it for tax and accounting purposes. We never see your full card number.

If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can answer you.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell personal information, and never have.

  • We don't run advertising networks in any product.

  • We don't train AI models on your content.

Children

Our products are general-audience and not directed at children under 13. Telehopper collects nothing from anyone. BEAM and Fabula Studio require an account and are not offered to children under 13.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. For BEAM and Fabula Studio, deleting your account deletes your data from our systems (encrypted backups roll off on a rolling schedule). For Telehopper, deleting the app deletes everything, because nothing ever reached us. EU and UK residents have the rights set out in the GDPR; our lawful basis for processing is performance of our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in keeping the services secure.

Changes

When a policy changes, we update the date at the top and, for anything material, say what changed in the product itself.
